Is Tibet hopeless?

Tibet is hopeless. People who know what I mean will naturally understand, so I won't waste my breath.

1) Plateau climate development agriculture is limited, but what is needed to develop agriculture? It goes without saying that Tibet needs land. If you cut down trees, you will lose something.

2) The majority of Han people who migrated to Tibet were Sichuanese, with a large number. It is difficult to find Sichuanese in all parts of Tibet, and the earliest immigrants to Tibet are Muslims.

3) Melting snow from glaciers in Tibet accounts for 40% of water resources in Asia, and there is no shortage of water in a broad sense, but if we want to say it in a narrow sense, there is no need to discuss it. In countries or regions with abundant precipitation, some places are still short of water resources.
