C) IELTS score: 20 points (6 points in listening, speaking, reading and writing) 15 points (5 points in listening, speaking, reading and writing)-you don't have to get a score first, but set yourself a position according to your own level.

E) Bachelor degree in China: 5 points.
F) Shortage occupation: 15. If your occupation happens to be on the list of jobs in short supply in Australia, the total score is fine, but the list is adjusted every six months. As soon as you listen to your materials, you are dumbfounded.
G) Plus points for relatives: 15-relatives living in Australia include parents, children, brothers and sisters, uncles and aunts.
H) Australian education: 5 points (bachelor or master), 10 points (bachelor+master), 15 points (doctor).
3. Calculate the score:
A) Below110 (unless you have relatives living outside Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Brisbane and Perth, that is, you can take the 139 exam, which will be detailed in another article, or your occupation belongs to the shortage occupation of the state government or the occupation nominated by employers, that is, you can take the exam 137.
B) 1 10: Congratulations, you can immigrate to Australia conditionally. You can take the temporary work visa (SIR) class 495, give you a three-year work visa first, and then conditionally change it to a permanent resident visa after two years. Relatives are also eligible for immigration. You can immigrate according to the category 138.
C) 1 15: First of all, you have met the requirements of category 495. If married, the spouse meets the basic requirements: under 45 years old, 5 points in each IELTS item, which meets the requirements in 2 a). You can add 5 points, and you can also add 5 points if you have 654.38 million Australian dollars of spare money. You can also get 5 points for buying Australian government bonds, 5 points for working in Australia for 6 months within 4 years, and 5 points for obtaining the third-level translation certificate in Australia. But you can only choose one of the last three items and the domestic undergraduate degree.
Score above d) 120: It meets the requirements of general skilled immigrants in Australia. That is 136 visa. What is independence? It means that you can immigrate according to your own conditions, and there are no additional conditions after you arrive. You can settle anywhere in Australia.
E) There is no need to score: firstly, the category of relatives sponsorship in the designated area. What do you mean by designated areas, Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Brisbane and Perth? You only need to meet the basic requirements: under 45 years old, working experience in the list of immigrant occupations: 60 points (half a year), 50 points, 40 points (1 year), and IELTS average score of 4.5 or above. Relatives include not only parents, children, brothers and sisters, uncles and aunts, but also cousins, grandparents and grandparents. Secondly, immigrants guaranteed by the state government can immigrate as long as they meet the basic conditions. Attached in detail.
Prepare for career evaluation
The most important feature of skilled immigrants in Australia is to get a career nomination before applying for a visa, that is, to submit your career to relevant professional and trade associations for evaluation to determine whether you meet the requirements of related occupations in Australia. Then I will give you a letter of approval or failure, which is a necessary part of skilled migration.
A) Determine which occupation evaluation agency your occupation belongs to: for example, technicians will go to the Australian Technician Evaluation Agency (TRA), engineers will go to the Australian Institute of Engineers (IEA), IT and communication will go to the Australian Computer Association (ACS), and accountants will go to one of the three major accounting associations in Australia, CPA, ICAA and NIA. Please refer to the related articles of this website for the specific career evaluation process.
B) Preparation materials: log on to the website of the relevant vocational assessment institution to download relevant forms, and prepare relevant documents as required, generally including birth notarization, diploma, degree certificate, report card notarization, work certificate notarization, recommendation letter, and career description documents of different occupations.
C) Apply for vocational assessment: after preparing the above documents, according to the requirements of vocational assessment agencies, purchase the whole book from Bank of China or CITIC, and submit it to the corresponding assessment agencies through international express delivery, DHL recommendation and UPS recommendation. After receiving the materials, the general evaluation agency will send a confirmation letter to confirm the receipt of the materials and issue an invoice. At present, the Computer Association is inquiring online. Within 20 days to half a year (depending on the processing speed of different evaluation agencies), you will receive an approval letter. If you fail, you will also receive a letter informing you of the reasons for your failure.
5. Apply for state government guarantee: For temporary work visas, general skilled immigrants 495 and state government-sponsored skilled immigrants 137 must be nominated by the relevant state government before applying for a visa. The application method will be detailed in another article.
6. Visa application
A) Download and fill in the Skilled Migrant Visa Application Form (47SK) and 80 attached forms on the website of the Immigration Bureau. If you get married, you should do a good job in notarization of marriage, spouse's birth, child's birth and passport. Each person should prepare 4 photos, and the application fee is 1845 Australian dollars. If it is a relative immigrant, let the relatives fill out 40 forms, and prepare the notarial certificate of kinship, genealogy, birth certificate of relatives, permanent residence of relatives or citizenship certificate. If it is a government-guaranteed SIR, add the form 1244, and the materials also include the approval letter of the vocational assessment and all the materials submitted for the vocational assessment. Fill in the form and submit it to ASPC, Immigration Department of Adelaide Technology Processing Center &; Multiculturalism & Department of Indigenous Affairs, 55 Currie Street 1 F, Adelaide, Australia, 5000.
B) About one month later, you will receive a reply from the visa officer, including your file number, asking you to go to the National Academic Degree Certification Center to certify your degree and transcripts. Because the center is located in the East Gate of Tsinghua University, it is commonly known as Tsinghua Certification, and there is no criminal offence in notarization. Go to the designated hospital for physical examination (details are attached), and notify the British Cultural Center to send IELTS scores (and notify the Immigration Bureau).
C) Waiting for the Immigration Bureau to entrust the embassy to investigate the applicant's work background, usually by telephone and occasionally on-site, mainly including whether the applicant's job responsibilities and working years are consistent with the application materials.
D) Pre-signing letter: For married applicants, you will receive a pre-signing letter informing you that your application has been approved in principle and asking your spouse who did not take the IELTS test to pay the language training fee, which is currently 2630 Australian dollars.
E) Approval letter, which is the last letter from the Immigration Bureau to you, officially informing you that the visa application has been passed, and informing you of the date of posting the visa at the Shanghai Consulate and the latest activation of the visa. There is also an 886 questionnaire attached to the letter, which can be filled in or sent by ordinary mail (not recommended), and then call the Australian Consulate in Shanghai at 02 1-6279 8098 to confirm whether they have received the relevant information about your visa.
F) Labeling: You can send your passport to the Shanghai Consulate by EMS, which will usually be completed within one week, or you can directly go to the Shanghai Consulate to label and wait.
