Visa officers may make this judgment for the following reasons: the applicant's position and income in China are too low and will be attracted by job opportunities abroad; The applicant is too young and has no attachments, so it is more likely to stay abroad; The applicant's family financial situation is not good, and the premise of living abroad will be very attractive to him.

If you have been refused a visa by the visa embassy, please don't worry, because this doesn't mean permanent refusal. Just find out the reasons for the refusal, re-analyze the plan and prepare the relevant materials.

2. Materials submitted for applying for visa B- 1/B-2:

1, valid passport: B 1/B2 The passport of the visa applicant must be valid for at least six months longer than the expected time for the applicant to leave the United States. If your passport is not valid for six months when you leave the United States, or your passport is damaged, or there is no vacant visa issuance page on your passport, please apply for a new passport before coming for an interview.

Non-immigrant visa applicants must paste the receipt of application fee on the last page of DS- 160 electronic visa application form after filling it out and printing it out. Please be careful not to block the barcode area when pasting the receipt, and do not paste the receipt with staples or glue (glue stick).

5. Evidence that can explain why you will definitely return to China: produce binding documents from economic, social, family or other aspects to help you confirm your intention to return to China after a short stay in the United States. Due to different personal circumstances, the evidence that the applicant should produce is also different. The following documents can help the visa officer to evaluate whether you intend to return to China: household registration book, ID card, employment certificate, payroll that objectively reflects your monthly income, passbook with regular entry and exit records, etc.

6. Invitation letter: If you are invited to visit American residents, it will be very helpful to provide the following information for your application: the information of the inviter, the purpose of your visit to the United States, and the pre-arranged travel schedule. If you are only traveling to the United States, you don't need to show an invitation letter.

7. 9. If you visit relatives in the United States, you should provide materials to prove that you have a real and uninterrupted subordinate relationship with the inviter, and also consider providing their status after entering or immigrating to the United States. The following documents may be helpful to your application: household registration book or other documents that can prove the true affiliation, photos taken with affiliated companies in the United States in recent years, copies of American passports or green cards of affiliated companies, copies of passports of affiliated companies staying in the United States for a short time, and copies of American visas.
