Which national language is Chahayang transliterated? What does this mean?

There is a textual research on Chahayang place names in the appendix of Chahayang Farm Records. It turns out that Chahayang is the name of a village, which means rich and prosperous land in Daur language. It is located in the northeast of gannan county, away from the county seat 10 1 km. East of Nuo Min River is across the river from Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner in Inner Mongolia, south of Pingyang Town, west of Chahayang Farm in Heilongjiang Province, and north of Jinjiehao and Arong Banner in Inner Mongolia. As early as16th century, Daur people began to move from Daxinganling and Jiangbei in Heilongjiang to build villages here. Under the jurisdiction of Ming and Qing Dynasties, Chahayang Village was formally established in the Puppet Manchukuo. 1949, after Pingyang Farm in Nenjiang Province moved from Pingyang Town to the former Japanese Puppet Development Group, the name of the farm was changed to "Chahayang Machinery Farm" because the main project of gravity irrigation-Nuo Min Water Transfer Project was located in Chahayang Township. Since then, Chahayang has been the name of this farm.
