Can Monash University Malaya immigrate to Australia?

even if you study in an Australian campus, it doesn't mean that you can immigrate. Australian immigrants (if they are skilled immigrants) are counted. One of them is "studying in Australia for undergraduate courses" or something similar, so the Malay branch should not be able to calculate this part of the score, but they can immigrate if other conditions meet more points.
