Why do so many South Americans go to Japan?

After the industrialization in the late Meiji period, there was an upsurge of overseas immigration in Japan. The destination was South America, which was very popular at that time, mainly Brazil, with a vast territory and few people, mainly agricultural reclamation. After several generations of development, many of these people have returned to Japan to start over, including the descendants of mixed blood, so it is very strange to see many South Americans in Japan.
