46. The following high school graduates (item (8) is not limited to high school graduates) add 20 points on the basis of the total score of the unified examination, and the school will decide whether to admit them:

(1) According to the Opinions of General Office of the State Council the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC on Further Strengthening and Improving Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools to Adapt to the New Situation (Zhongfa [2000] No.28) and the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Studying and Implementing the Opinions of General Office of the State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools to Adapt to the New Situation (Jiaoji [2006] No.5438)

(2) Those who have outstanding deeds in ideological and political morality in senior secondary education;

(3) Those who won the first prize in the national middle school students' subject Olympic competition at the provincial level or the first, second and third prizes in the national finals in the senior secondary education stage;

(4) those who won the first and second prizes in the National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition (including the national youth biological and environmental science practice activities), the "Tomorrow's Little Scientist" award activity and the national primary and secondary school computer production activities in the senior secondary education stage;

(5) Winners of the International Science and Engineering Grand Prix or the International Environmental Research Project Olympic Competition in the advanced secondary education stage;

(6) Participate in major international sports competitions or national sports competitions in the senior secondary education stage and win the top 6;

(7) Those who have won the title of national second-class athlete (inclusive) or above in the senior secondary education stage, and have reached the technical grade standard of second-class athletes by the special test of the Provincial Recruitment Committee in the year of applying for the exam;

(eight) during the service period, the veterans who won the second class (inclusive) or were awarded the honorary title by the units above the military region (inclusive).

47. The following candidates can add 10 on the basis of the total score of the unified examination, and the school will decide whether to accept them:

(1) Children of martyrs;

(2) Returned overseas Chinese, their children, candidates from Taiwan Province Province, relatives of overseas Chinese, compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao and their families;

(3) Self-employed retired soldiers.

48. The following candidates can add 5 points on the basis of the total score of the unified examination, and the school will decide whether to admit them:

(1) minority candidates;

(2) Candidate of Danjiangkou Reservoir in the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project.

49. Articles 46, 47 and 48 stipulate that the bonus points are not cumulative, that is, if candidates enjoy more than two bonus points at the same time, only one of them will be counted, with a maximum of 20 points. Candidates who meet the above conditions for extra points shall be publicized by the Provincial Admissions Office on the website of Henan Admissions Office, and candidates who have not been publicized shall not be given extra points.

50. For each batch (excluding art and sports), the candidates who first volunteered to fill in the agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, if the number is insufficient, they can be graded in the admission control score line, and the reduction rate will not exceed 20 points. The opinions of colleges and universities outside the province on this provision must be determined when submitting the student source plan, and our province will announce it to the public together with the student source plan.

5 1. The following candidates are given priority by colleges and universities under the same conditions as other candidates:

(1) Candidates discharged from active service in the army;

(2) Children of soldiers who died in the line of duty in disabled soldiers, children of first-class to fourth-class disabled soldiers, children of active servicemen stationed in frontier areas, desert areas, counties (cities) in remote areas determined by the state and special, first-class and second-class island troops determined by the army;

(3) Children of disabled people's policemen, people's policemen who died in the line of duty, and children of disabled people's policemen of Grade 1-4;

(4) the only child in rural hukou.
