Brief introduction of Shuitun town

Shuitun Town is located in Huaibei Plain, with Suya Lake, the largest artificial plain in China, in the east and Zhumadian City in the west. The total area of the town is/kloc-0.05 square kilometer, with 94,000 mu of cultivated land and 35,000 mu of wasteland. It governs 20 administrative villages with a total population of 64,000. 1998, the total industrial and agricultural output value of the town was 440 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 1970 yuan. Zhumadian is a pilot town of reform, development and construction, a strong town of township enterprises, an advanced town of family planning and a demonstration town of science and technology in Henan Province.
