Candidates who have moved from other provinces to Liaoning Province to participate in the general college entrance examination in our province must meet the following requirements while having the basic conditions for registration:

Candidates with single household registration (including candidates with non-immediate family members): It is required that they have been registered in Liaoning Province for three years (as of the date of registration), have been enrolled in Liaoning Senior Secondary Education School for three years and have continuous practical learning experience. Previous students must have graduation certificates from Liaoning Senior Secondary Education School.

2. Candidates with household registration (including candidates with parents or legal guardians): It is required to have a household registration in Liaoning Province as of the date of registration, have been in an ordinary high school in Liaoning Province for one year and have continuous practical learning experience, and previous students must have a graduation certificate from an ordinary high school in Liaoning Province.

The following persons shall not be registered:

2. Non-fresh graduates from high schools.

3. Non-graduation year graduates of senior secondary education who register by deception and illegally participate in the entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities (including the national unified examination, provincial unified examination and the entrance examination organized by colleges and universities separately).
