Which States in the United States have filed a lawsuit with the court to shelve the decision?

On September 6th, New York and other 15 states and the District of Columbia filed a lawsuit in the Eastern District Court of new york, demanding that Trump's decision to end the Deferred Deportation of Immigrants Arriving in the United States as Children (DACA) project be shelved.

According to reports, plaintiffs include New York, Massachusetts, Washington, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and Virginia.

Participants in the DACA program are immigrants who came to the United States illegally as children or with their families, and their visas later expired. People involved in DACA projects may continue to be protected until their licenses expire. If their license expires before March 5, 20 18, they can apply for renewal for another two years, but they must apply before June 5, 20 10. The project no longer accepts new applications.

The attorney general of a state said that the decision violated the due process rights of immigrants. He said he was worried that the information provided to the government when immigrants participated in the DACA project might be used to punish them.
