What relatives of Greek immigrants can accompany you?

Articles 1 and 126 stipulate that third-country nationals who are eligible to apply for permanent residence as Greek real estate owners have the right to submit RP applications without entering Greece, provided that they fully comply with the provisions and meet the requirements of Article 20B of L.425 1/20 14. Specifically, real estate owners and their family members will no longer need to enter Greece to apply for RP. The relevant application and required documents will be submitted by the lawyer designated by the power of attorney signed by the Greek consulate. In this case, if the necessary documents are formally submitted to the competent immigration office, each applicant will be issued with a temporary residence permit (blue book) and there are no documents to be processed (except insurance certificate). Third-country nationals applying for RP according to the above procedures, whether as property owners or family members, must enter Greece within twelve (12) months from the date of RP application and provide their biometric data (fingerprints) to the competent immigration authorities.
