Wang Youzeng, the richest man in Taiwan Province Province

Wang Youzeng (1927 ~ 20 16) used to be the chairman of Taiwan Province Ba Li Group, the president of Taiwan Province Chamber of Commerce, and an industrial and commercial entrepreneur.

Born in Changsha County, Hunan Province (now Wangcheng County, Changsha City), 1927 was born in a wealthy family in Xiaba City, Wangcheng. After finishing primary school, he left his hometown to work as a shop assistant in Changsha on 1940, and began his business career all his life. After the defeat of the Kuomintang in Taiwan Province Province, he went to Taiwan Province Province to do business for decades, and developed from a small business owner to a well-known Ba Li Group in Taiwan Province Province. On March 8, 2007, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office sued Wang Youzeng and others 107 on charges of breach of trust, money laundering and insider trading. Wang was sentenced to 30 years' imprisonment and fined NT$/kloc-0.70 billion, while Wang Shiying was sentenced to 28 years' imprisonment and fined NT$ 765,438.
