I have a permanent residence in Hainan Province, and my legal guardian is an active soldier of the troops stationed in Qionglai confirmed by the political department of the deputy corps level or above.

Article 10 If a resident of this province applies to settle in Haikou City and Sanya City, he/she shall fill in the approval form for resident account migration at the local police station or accreditation center with the proof materials of legally stable residence, legally stable employment and years of payment of urban social insurance, and submit the application for settlement.

Article 11 If a resident of this province applies to settle in Danzhou City, the resident town of the county-level city or county people's government or other established towns, he/she shall, on the strength of the proof of legally stable residence and the proof of immediate family members moving with him/her, fill in the approval form for resident account migration at the police station where he/she intends to settle, and submit an application for settlement.

Article 12 Persons who apply for settlement of points shall fill in the approval form for settlement of residents' points at the police station or accreditation center to be settled, submit the application for settlement, and submit proof materials such as employment years, payment of urban social insurance, continuous residence time, housing, household registration book, and award-winning certificate.

Applicants can submit relevant materials for increasing points to the local police station or accreditation center on an annual basis.
