Geographical location of Nanwan Reservoir

Nanwan Lake is a transitional climate zone from north subtropical zone to warm temperate zone, with transitional climate characteristics. The terrain is high in the southwest and low in the northeast, surrounded by low mountains, and the imperial tombs fluctuate. Nanwan Reservoir connects Shihe River (the birthplace of Jigong Mountain and Wangsi Mountain), Wudao River (the birthplace of Lan Jian is the junction of Henan and Hubei on the north side of the pile), Dongjiahe River (the birthplace of Tianyunzhai East), Xiaosihe River (the birthplace of Tianyunzhai North) and Shafei River (the birthplace of Yingshan in Hubei). The waters of five rivers converge into one lake, with clear water quality and rippling blue waves. Wang Sishan, where Li Xiannian fought, stands in the upper reaches of Nanwan Lake. The downstream is connected with Xianyin Mountain with a long history and culture. There is a "Liangwanglei" site on Xianyin Mountain, which has been around for more than 400 years. There is Yin Yin Temple, which is as famous as Shaolin Temple in Songshan, Baima Temple in Luoyang, Suoguo Temple in Kaifeng and Xuanguan Temple in Nanyang. There are grotesque fairy beds, Zhang Renshi, touching and magical legends of flat-topped pine. Climb this mountain, overlooking Xinyang City in the east and Nanhu Lake in the west.
