Non-residents of the above 49 cities can call travel agencies to travel to Hong Kong.

To apply for a Hong Kong and Macao Pass, you need to go to the entry-exit department where your household registration is located. Only if the Hong Kong and Macao Pass expires or is lost can you apply in different places.

For the first time to apply for the Hong Kong and Macao Pass, you need to bring the original resident ID card. If I apply to the entry-exit department for the receipt of entry-exit photos and collect fingerprint information, I can generally get the Hong Kong and Macao Pass within 10 days.

(five) registered servicemen and state functionaries, in accordance with the personnel management authority, submit a letter issued by their subordinate units or superior competent units for approval to handle entry and exit certificates;

(6) Mainland residents who fail to apply for passports as required must also issue relevant certification materials in accordance with relevant regulations.
