How many poverty-stricken counties are there in Shanxi Province?

By the end of 2020, there will be no poverty-stricken counties in Shanxi Province.

On February 29th, 2020, Shanxi Provincial People's Government announced that Guangling and other 17 counties had officially withdrawn from poverty-stricken counties. At this point, all poverty-stricken counties in Shanxi have achieved "poverty alleviation and hat removal". The announcement pointed out that after county-level application, municipal preliminary examination, provincial-level industry authorities and provincial party Committee evaluation, third-party on-the-spot evaluation and inspection, and social publicity, Guangling County, Tianzhen County, Hunyuan County, ningwu county County, Jingle County, Pianguan County, Daixian County, Wutai County, Xingxian County, shilou county, Linxian County, Huguan County, Pingshun County, Yonghe County, Daning County, Fenxi County, and Yulu County.
