Article 3 The resettlement of immigrants in Autonomous Banner shall adopt the method of combining early compensation, subsidy and late support according to law, giving consideration to the immediate and long-term interests of immigrants and the interests of the state, the collective and the individual.

Article 10 When the rural collective economic organizations that resettle migrants reclaim cultivated land according to the resettlement plan, they must go through the formalities for examination and approval of land use in accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 24 of the Measures for the Implementation of Land Management in the Autonomous Region, and it is forbidden to reclaim land without permission. Article 11 Rural economic organizations that resettle immigrants can adjust the contracted management right of land in a planned way and the relationship between the rights and obligations of the employer and the contractor according to the provisions of land management laws and regulations and the current situation of cultivated land. Twelfth immigrants voluntarily visit relatives and friends, the people's government of the place of emigration and resettlement shall sign an agreement with the immigrants and go through the relevant formalities. The people's government of the place of emigration shall hand over the corresponding land compensation fees and resettlement subsidies to the people's government of the place of resettlement to make overall arrangements for the production and life of the immigrants. Article 13 Rural collective economic organizations that resettle immigrants to set up secondary and tertiary industries must conform to the industrial policies of the state and the autonomous region and the overall plan for the economic and social development of Autonomous Banner, and go through the examination and approval procedures in accordance with relevant regulations on the basis of full investigation and demonstration. Fourteenth township (town) people's government needs to move, it should build hospitals, schools and other infrastructure and public facilities in advance.

Units and residents who use self-raised funds or non-immigrant funds first may not reduce their due immigrant funds. The population allowed to move in as mentioned in the first paragraph of this article refers to the population who moved in because of birth, marriage, job transfer, demobilized soldiers, graduation distribution of institutions of higher learning and secondary specialized technical schools, and release from prison. Nineteenth units and immigrants who must move according to the resettlement plan shall not refuse to move or delay the move; Those who have moved and obtained compensation and resettlement shall go through the formalities of compensation cancellation in time, and shall not move back or ask for compensation again.

Units and immigrants who have been relocated according to the resettlement plan, the land used before relocation and its attachments shall be handled by the people's government of Autonomous Banner according to law.
