It covers an area of ??30 acres, with a total above-ground construction area of ??59,200 square meters. All are high-rise resettlement residential buildings. The total investment of the project is about 200 million yuan, and the funding sources are: 1) Financial funds of 40 million yuan, accounting for 20% of the total investment. 2) Apply for the issuance of 160 million yuan of special bonds for shanty town reconstruction, accounting for 80% of the total investment. The project income mainly comes from the transfer income of the land that can be released for transfer. The project can vacate 660 acres of land, of which the resettlement area is 30 acres and the transferable land area is 630 acres. The land vacated by the project will be used for commercial purposes, totaling 630 acres. The land transfer period is tentatively set at 8 years (2023 to 2030). It is estimated that the total income from land transfer of the project is 259.812 million yuan.

II. Project progress as of the end of 2020
