Queshanling Reservoir Planning

Legal analysis: Anhua Reservoir is a basin control project, which is mainly used for comprehensive utilization such as flood control and irrigation. The dam site of the reservoir is located on the main stream of Puyang River in anhua town, Zhuji City, with a catchment area of 635 square kilometers. It is planned to restore the maximum flood retaining level of the reservoir to 32.09 meters, and the corresponding flood control storage capacity is 410.32 million cubic meters. Cai Chen Reservoir is a river basin control project which focuses on flood control and gives consideration to comprehensive utilization of power generation and irrigation. The dam site of the reservoir is located on the Hua Kai River in Dongbai Lake Town, Zhuji City, with a drainage area of 187 square kilometers. It is planned to restore the designed resettlement water level of the reservoir to 88.58 meters, with a corresponding flood control capacity of 39.64 million cubic meters. Shuangxi Reservoir is a control project in the upper reaches of Puyang River, which is mainly used for flood control and water supply. The dam site of the reservoir is located at Shuangxikou, upstream of Huaqiao Village, Huaqiao Township, Pujiang County, with a catchment area of 34 square kilometers, a diversion area of 17 square kilometers and a flood control storage capacity of 6.4 million cubic meters.

Article 14 The people's government of a city shall organize the preparation of the overall urban planning.

The overall urban planning of a municipality directly under the Central Government shall be submitted to the State Council for examination and approval by the people's government of the municipality directly under the Central Government. The overall planning of the city where the people's governments of provinces and autonomous regions are located and the city determined by the State Council shall be submitted to the State Council for examination and approval after being audited by the people's governments of provinces and autonomous regions. The overall planning of other cities shall be submitted by the people's government of the city to the people's government of the province or autonomous region for examination and approval.

Fifteenth county people's government organizations to prepare the overall planning of the town where the county people's government is located, and report it to the people's government at the next higher level for approval. The overall planning of other towns shall be organized by the town people's government and submitted to the people's government at the next higher level for examination and approval.
