Why did you refuse the visa?

Legal analysis: First, the visa application is considered fraudulent. Visa officers usually pay attention to the authenticity of the application materials when reading the application documents. Visa officers don't want to see false certificates, such as proof of funds, which must be checked and verified by some means such as telephone contact. There are also some other materials that should be paid attention to, so as not to make people suspicious for better passage. Foreign countries attach great importance to honesty.

Second, we see that there is a tendency to emigrate. Maybe I'm not very clear about whether to return to China or stay in the UK in the future, or I have the idea of emigration, but it should not be reflected. Generally speaking, visa officers should be prepared to answer questions and learn to convince visa officers when testing international students. At least, the visa officer couldn't find a reasonable loophole in his explanation. If the applicant is older and has a low education, it is easy to doubt his motivation to go abroad. There is no shortcut to persuade the visa officer, so we can only impress him with a sincere learning attitude. This is the only way.

Third, there is no clear planning and learning purpose. According to Shenzhen Translation Company, visa officers usually ask some questions related to study, so as to find out whether international students have plans to study abroad and whether they are clear about universities and majors. If you don't know your study goal, you will be considered to doubt your study purpose and tend to emigrate.

Fourth, the form of visa application is also one of the reasons for refusal. The application form is only normative materials, but if the information is filled in incorrectly, it may be refused. This happens from time to time, and international students should pay attention to it. Another thing to be reminded is that when filling out the form, it may not reflect the real situation, which will also be refused by the embassy. If you fill it out truthfully, you won't be refused a visa.

Fifth, there has been a record of refusal. Generally speaking, having a bad employment record will also have a certain impact. In the past, visa applications for business or personal reasons were rejected, which would have a certain negative effect on visas. Therefore, when re-applying, we must truthfully reflect the reasons for the previous refusal. Don't lie in the interview. It is possible that the visa officer will verify it later. Once a discrepancy is found, the visa will be refused. The more times you refuse a visa, the harder it is for you to get a visa.

Legal basis: Article 21 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration. Foreigners under any of the following circumstances shall not be granted visas:

(1) Being deported or deciding to be deported, and not allowed to enter the country within the prescribed time limit;

(2) Suffering from severe mental disorder, infectious tuberculosis or other infectious diseases that may cause great harm to public health;

(three) may endanger China's national security and interests, disrupt social order or engage in other illegal and criminal activities;

(four) in the process of applying for a visa, or can not guarantee the expenses required during the period in China;

(five) unable to submit the relevant materials required by the visa authority;

(6) Other circumstances in which the issuing authority considers it inappropriate to issue visas.

If the visa is not issued, the visa authority may not give reasons.
