Mainly depends on the way of immigration.

At present, immigrants can be divided into two types: one is to change their nationality (that is, to obtain the naturalization qualification required by other countries through investment or technology, and to voluntarily give up China nationality to obtain another country's passport), and the other is to obtain a green card (that is, to obtain a residence permit in another country through investment or other means, enjoying the same rights as local citizens, but still holding passports of China people and citizens of other countries). In the first way, due to the change in the nature of citizens, the settlement of domestic insurance and other related benefits must be properly handled when joining other countries' nationality. In other words, joining another country's nationality is tantamount to automatically giving up all domestic rights.
