What conditions do British entrepreneurs need to meet for immigration?

British entrepreneur immigrants, also known as 20W venture capital immigrants;

1. The first condition is that the applicant must have more than 200,000 pounds of funds and invest in the UK.

2. Register a new company in the UK or join other companies in the form of joint venture.

The applicant is one of the legal persons of the company.

Any wise or partner position cannot be an employment relationship in essence.

4. There are plans to provide the investments and services that Britain really needs.

5. Applicants are not allowed to accept any public funds in the UK, or engage in public employment outside the business they invest in.

6. Before the British enterprise of the applicant becomes unprofitable, there must be enough funds to maintain the basic needs of the applicant in the UK.

7. The applicant must be engaged in the invested business, whether as an individual trader, a partner or a director of a registered company.

8. The applicant meets certain requirements in English, that is, IELTS score is above 4.

If the applicant has obtained a bachelor's degree or above in the UK, there is no need to provide language proof.
