The scenic spot covers an area of about 2 1 km2, and is dominated by rich ecological resources and stone forest landscape. Different from Yunnan Stone Forest, the stone forest here hides its beautiful charm in the jungle and is isolated from the world with its purity, elegance, concealment and strangeness.

2. Tianchi Scenic Area

Located in Tianchi Town in the north of the park, the scenic spot is one of the most important guiding geological relics landscape distribution areas in the park. It covers an area of about 20 square kilometers.

3. Xiaoshanba Scenic Area

The scenic spot is located in Shuanghe Town, with an area of about 24 square kilometers in the central and western parts of the park. It belongs to the subsidence zone of Sichuan in Xinhua Summer, and the landform is mainly middle and low mountains. The karst features are obvious, and the picturesque natural scenery and long history and culture in the scenic area are integrated.

The Historical Origin of Huaying Mountain

Huaying Mountain not only has a long history, but also has a strong local cultural atmosphere. Huaying Mountain has been the territory of Ba people since ancient times. Since the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, the indigenous villagers of Huaying Mountain have been living in harmony with foreign immigrants. Their songs and dances have adopted the aura of Huaying Mountain, which is simple and rough, magnificent, touching and infectious. Nowadays, Bayu Dance and Rhyme Dance, which are widely circulated, retain the legacy of Ba people, and "sliding pole to raise sisters" is the essence of Huaying Mountain's local culture, and today, Huaying Mountain still holds a "sister festival" full of folk customs every year.
