Do I need to close my account when my mother is old enough to apply for care in Hong Kong?

My mother is old and needs to cancel her account when she applies for my care in Hong Kong. Mainland citizens who apply to settle in Hong Kong and take care of their parents shall apply to the local public security bureau for a Hong Kong and Macao pass. If they are allowed to settle in Hong Kong and Macao, the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ shall issue a Hong Kong and Macao pass. Before going to Hong Kong and Macao, the holder shall cancel his account at the local police station and go to Hong Kong and Macao within the specified time. Mainland citizens who have been approved to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao for a short period of time will be issued with travel permits, and the holders will go and return on schedule within the specified time.
