If you don't want to immigrate to Australia immediately after marrying an Australian citizen, can your daughter (ex-husband's) go to Australia to attend primary school?

There are two concepts:

1, if you don't go, you won't immigrate. If your child gets a Hong Kong passport, he can study as a primary school student and pay for the tuition of overseas students. But if you get a China passport, you can't go to primary school, but you can only go to a school above high school.

2. If you don't go, you can apply for your child's immigration. If children immigrate to the past, they can go to primary school. If you go to a public school, you don't have to pay tuition.

3. You can apply for immigration with your children and come back after immigration. The children stayed there to study.

You can't study when visiting relatives unless you get a Hong Kong passport.
