Immigration through postgraduate entrance examination

Were you over 18 when your mother applied to come to Hong Kong? If it is not full, you can apply with her at that time.

If you are under the age of 18, you can also apply. 18 years old or above, you can't apply to come to Hong Kong now. (When you were in college, you should be 18 years old or older, right? )

Before the mother reaches the age of 60 and has no children in Hong Kong, she cannot apply for settlement and care in Hong Kong.

There are three ways to apply for coming to Hong Kong:

1)1Under the age of 8, you can apply for your children to take refuge with their parents. (If the applicant is under the age of 18 and has no one to take care of him in the Mainland, he can apply. )

2) Your father is a permanent resident of Hong Kong, or you were under 14 years old when your father first obtained the Hong Kong identity card before 2001.01. You can apply. Your mother only got her Hong Kong identity card last year, which is not in line with the new over-age children policy. )

3) Arrive in Hong Kong through the University of Hong Kong or postgraduate examination.

If you don't have any of the above conditions, you can only apply if your parents are over 60 years old.
