Approved applicants who have purchased a house worth MYR 1 million or more in Malaysia:
- Approved applicants under 50 years old You only need to deposit a time deposit of RM150,000 in any bank in Malaysia
- Approved applicants aged 50 and above only need to deposit a time deposit of RM100,000 in any bank in Malaysia.
