Israel's visa can be signed face to face. If you live in Sichuan, it belongs to the jurisdiction of the Beijing Embassy.

However, embassies including Beijing are only open from Monday to Friday at 9- 12 to accept visa applications. Electronic products and bags can't be brought into the embassy, and other items are allowed to enter after passing the security check and answering some security questions raised by embassy staff.

It takes about one to two weeks for the embassy in Beijing to apply for a visa. If the materials are missing, they will be asked by the embassy to make up.

Or mail the application, send the application materials to the visa office of the embassy, and indicate the detailed return address. Passport will be sent back to the applicant by EMS.

If you have any other questions about applying for a visa, you can also find the phone number on the above webpage (the content in the webpage is actually very detailed). If you have any other questions, please refer to my Humpty Dumpty Travel Notes or keep asking questions.
