Article 25 When the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources carries out compensation and resettlement in accordance with the compensation and resettlement plan approved by the municipal government, if the land acquisition and relocation unit or individual refuses to sign the compensation and resettlement agreement, or obstructs the land acquisition and relocation work after compensation and resettlement, the municipal government shall instruct the relevant departments to compulsory expropriation and relocation according to law.
