6. The applicant applies for the right of abode after completing the investment;

7. Applicants (ordinary investors) can apply for permanent residence as long as they maintain their investment of NZD 6,543.8+0.50 million for four consecutive years and apply for residence in New Zealand for 654.38+0.46 days every year for the last three years.

8. After obtaining the right of abode, the applicant (high-investment investor) kept the investment of NZ $6,543,800,000 for three years, and applied for permanent residence in New Zealand for 44 days every year in the last two years.
