The downstream river runs from the southwest of Suishui Town to the estuary, which is the boundary river between Yangxian County and Chengxian County. Pore water is divided into phreatic water and confined water, which exists in loose rock stratum (alluvial deposit) of Pingba. Fissure water exists in pores, cracks and bedrock cracks of clastic rocks in middle and low mountains, and most of it is exposed by spring water to supplement the water sources of rivers and ditches. The average water level in the strong water holding area of Pingba is 2.59 meters.
