At that time, Jian Jiang, who was only 16 years old, also attended the meeting as an openly armed representative of Ning 'an County Committee of China. This is the first time he has met such famous anti-Japanese stars as Tokyo (the southern town of Ning 'an County, hence its name), the three major Ning 'an, the legendary "Mazi Zhou", Ping Nanyang (Li) and Chai (1894- 1943, a native of Jiaoxian County, Shandong Province), and his young heart is full of waves. At this time, he would never think that he would fight with these heroes for ten years, and he himself would eventually become a high-profile hero.

The meeting decided to set up the Anti-Japanese Allied Office in Badaohezi (full name "Allied Office in the First Guerrilla Area of the Salvation Army in Southeast Ning 'an", renamed as "Suining Anti-Japanese Allied Office" on March 1 day), with Zhou Baozhong as the director of the office and chairman of the Military Commission, and Jian Jiang and his peasant Red Guards responsible for the security of the office. On April 7, the Chai Brigade of the Anti-Japanese Coalition ambushed a "punitive team" composed of the Japanese guard and the pseudo-police team at the mouth of Zigou, Badaohe, killing 7 enemies, capturing 2 rifles, 200 bullets and 2 casualties of the Chai Brigade. Jian Jiang also led the Red Guards to take part in this small battle, which was the first real battle he took part in. At the beginning of August, because Ning 'an guerrillas were badly hit by the enemy, only seven or eight people were left. The county asked Jian Jiang to lead some Red Guards to join the guerrillas, reorganize the guerrillas (captain Ma Lianshan), and Jian Jiang served as division marshal. Soon, the Ning 'an Volunteers of Workers and Peasants mutinied again. Yu Hongren (1908- 1934, Manchu, Ning 'an), the deputy battalion commander and secretary of the Party branch, was killed, and the battalion chief Li et al. 1 1 party member was kidnapped. They escaped in the escort and went to Badaohezi, protected by Jian Jiang, and gave them eight rifles to escort them to Zhou Baozhong's residence.

In Suining area with Ning 'an as the center, the Japanese army carried out different strategies from the previous simple military encirclement and suppression: burning down the houses of farmers in mountainous areas, forcing them to move, creating no-man's land, implementing ten families sitting in the same village and merging households, and cutting off the contact between anti-Japanese armed forces and the people; Deception and propaganda were carried out, and the slogan "Specially ping Nanyang and guerrillas, recruiting a mountain forest team" was put forward to undermine the anti-Japanese armed alliance. Tactically, the combination of separation, encirclement and guerrilla warfare tactics has repeatedly lured me to engage in positional warfare with them to give play to my own advantages.

According to the instructions of his superiors, when the enemy surrounded and attacked him, Jian Jiang smashed the guerrillas into pieces, moved them behind enemy lines, carried out sabotage activities and attacked the enemy's weak points. He fought many times, while preserving his strength, he gave the enemy a great blow. A beautiful battle was the ambush of the puppet Jing 'an Army in Dachagou at the end of June 1934. The Puppet Jing 'an Army is a Chinese-Japanese mixed army composed of Japanese officers and Manchu nobles. Its members can speak Chinese and Japanese fluently. Its purpose is to deal with guerrilla warfare, because there are red stripes on the sleeves, which are different from other puppet troops. Also known as "Tea Team" and "Imperial Army of Manchukuo". It is a puppet army with strong fighting capacity, and has the same name as the puppet Xing 'an Army composed of Mongolian cavalry. But because of this, the troops became arrogant and did not take the anti-Japanese armed forces seriously. Jian Jiang took advantage of this and led 18 guerrillas to set an ambush at the mouth of the ditch. When this "crusade team" of more than 40 people entered the ambush circle, it suddenly attacked, killing 8 Japanese captains and puppet troops, 3 prisoners (released after education), and seized 5 rifles, spare barrels and magazines for machine guns, more than 1,000 rounds of bullets, and leather clothes 12 pieces. Only one guerrilla was slightly injured.

Although Dachagou ambush is small in scale, it shows Jian Jiang's command potential. It is really remarkable that a teenager who has never been exposed to any military theory and is only 16 years old dares to attack a stubborn enemy who has an absolute advantage in quantity, firepower and quality and can defeat it with the right tactics at the minimum cost.

In this way, the anti-Japanese guerrillas in Ning 'an (more than 60 people) used flexible guerrilla tactics, killing and wounding more than 50 Japanese puppet policemen 1 person (one guerrilla survived), including Japanese squadron leader 1 person, Jing 'an army commander 1 person and police captain1person, thus breaking the enemy's ". Jian Jiang also grew into a junior military commander in the battle.
