Guangming has built more than 6,400 houses this year.

On May 29th, the reporter learned from an interview in Guangming District that the 20 19 housing project plan of Guangming District was released. This year, Guangming District will start construction and raise 9,375 housing units.

In order to carry out the task of building a well-off society in an all-round way and raising 400,000 sets of funds for the construction of affordable housing in Shenzhen during the 13th Five-Year Plan, Guangming District took the lead in issuing a work plan for 20 19, and formulated a task decomposition plan for housing projects in Guangming District for 20 19, so as to fully promote the construction of affordable housing.

The reporter learned that 6,669 sets/room were started and raised this year (no less than 6,056 sets), of which 3,000 sets/room were started. Although the task is arduous, Guangming District plans to start construction this year to raise 9,375 sets, of which 2,950 sets are planned to be raised, 6,425 sets are planned to be started, and 2,706 sets are planned to be overfulfilled. It covers new demolition and resettlement houses, urban renewal and construction of residential commercial housing, recruitment, auction and hanging of talent housing projects, renovation and management of illegal buildings, and social housing rental.

In 20 19, the affordable housing project in Guangming District was newly started 10, with a total of 6,425 sets. Including demolition and resettlement housing project of Guangming Science City 1575 sets, China Resources Jiuli project 140 sets, financial street bidding, auction and hanging project 235 sets, Heshuikou and Shutianpu unified building renovation project 2000 sets, underwear base industrial supporting dormitory project 165438 sets, and urban renewal project of Longhao Rong Kang area 21.

It is reported that the construction of 593 sets of affordable housing for China Resources Jiuli, Financial Street Bidding, Auction and Hanging, and Longhao Rongkangcheng Renewal Project started in March. The demolition and resettlement housing project of Guangming Science City has been completed, and construction is expected to start in the third quarter. The supporting dormitory of Jianfa Group Industrial Zone has been rented on a large scale, and the urban renewal projects have been confirmed by the main body.
