American parents' immigration policy

If a child is born in the United States and either of his parents is a citizen of China and has not settled overseas, he will automatically have two nationalities.

According to Article 5 of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China, one or both parents are China citizens, and I was born in a foreign country and have China nationality; However, if one or both parents are citizens of China and have settled in a foreign country, they will have foreign nationality at birth, but will not have China nationality.

If children are not naturalized in the United States, they can apply for settlement after returning to China, and they need to prepare notarized proof of American birth certificate.
