Land requisition standard of Changli section of Qin-Tang Expressway

The standard of land requisition in Changli section of Qin-Tang Expressway is to requisition collective land according to law, and the land compensation fee is calculated by multiplying the land area price by the land area. Where collective land is expropriated, the land compensation fee shall be calculated by multiplying the area price of the expropriated land by the area of the expropriated land. Unused land in mountainous areas and unused land on dams shall be implemented at 60% of the area price, and no unit or individual may raise or lower the land compensation fee standard without authorization. Compensation standards for land requisition and resettlement measures for large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects shall be formulated separately by the State Council.
