The following persons are exempt from compulsory fingerprint registration, photographing and medical examination: Belarusian citizens, children under 6 years old (including 6 years old), officials of international organizations, heads of foreign diplomatic missions and consular offices in the Russian Federation, and administrative and technical personnel.
