The Civil Defence Bureau is an institution directly under the municipal government, responsible for civil air defense and disaster prevention and relief work in this Municipality.

(six) to formulate emergency plans for civil air defense projects in this Municipality and organize emergency drills; Responsible for the construction and management of civil defense emergency rescue teams and emergency shelters; Construction and management of emergency materials storage sites in conjunction with relevant departments; To undertake the specific work of emergency headquarters, a civil air defense engineering accident in Beijing.
