How do we become UAE citizens?
(1) Entry and exit procedures
1. Entry formalities:
(1) Entry visa is required to enter UAE. Visas are divided into transit visas, tourist visas and visiting visas. The transit visa is valid for entry within 14 days from the date of signing, and can stay in Albania for 14 days without renewal. Tourist visas can stay in Afghanistan for 30 days and cannot be renewed. Tourist visa holders can stay in Afghanistan for 60 days, which can be extended for 30 days, for a total of 90 days. When the visa expires, you must leave the country immediately, otherwise you will be fined, and those who are serious will be detained and forced to leave the country.
(2) Fill in the entry card before entry and hand it over to the entry inspection office.
(3) After checking that the passport and entry visa are correct, the entry inspection organ will stamp the entry stamp on the passport before allowing entry.
(4) Locally registered airlines can provide temporary entry guarantee for passengers on their own flights and stay in Afghanistan for 48 hours.
2. Exit formalities:
(1) You must leave the country within the number of days of stay in the UAE stipulated in the visa. If you exceed the number of days allowed by the visa, you will be fined $27 per day.
(2) When leaving the country, fill out the exit card and hand it to the exit office together with the passport. After verification, stamp the exit stamp on the passport and let it leave the country.
(2) Immigration procedures
The UAE government regards people who have obtained a long-term residence permit (usually more than three years) issued by their own government as immigrants. For example, public officials employed in Afghanistan and those sent to permanent offices in China belong to this category, and the following procedures are required:
1. If there is an employment contract or letter of appointment of the company (owner) in Albania, the owner shall apply to the Albanian Immigration Bureau and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor for a long-term residence permit. Generally speaking, the term of a worker is three years.
2. After the expiration of the employee's residence permit, if he continues to be employed, he needs to re-sign an employment contract or letter of appointment. The application procedure is the same as above.
3. Personnel and institutions of foreign companies operating in Albania must employ local Albanian citizens as guarantors or agents. The guarantor or agent shall go through the local residence formalities for the enterprise after completing the enterprise registration procedures, and the procedures are the same as those of the employees.
4. Immigrants who apply for citizenship in this country must be women who have married men with UAE citizenship, have children for more than 15 years after marriage, and become Muslims before applying for citizenship in this country. Others are not allowed to become Albanian citizens unless they get permission from the highest authorities in Albania. However, Albania treats its own people in many grades, such as authentic and foreign, so it treats them differently.
