Immigration Policy for College Entrance Examination in Qinghai Province

Qinghai province college entrance examination immigration policy is as follows:

First, the "immediate family" between parents and candidates in the college entrance examination registration regulations in our province only refers to the blood relationship between biological parents and children. In the reorganized family, candidates and stepparents who are only dependent but not related by blood cannot be treated as immediate family members. Candidates whose parents are divorced are eligible to take the college entrance examination in Qingdao according to their parents' divorce agreement or the legal guardian determined by the court.

Second, cadres and workers (or couples) who work in our province and hold permanent residence in our province, farmers and herdsmen living outside the province, have no way to move from the province to long-term urban residents in the province, and their children have permanent residence in our province, so they can apply for ordinary colleges and universities inside and outside the province.

Third, cadres and workers who have worked in our province for five years and have now been transferred from Qinghai, and their (or spouses) and children's household registration are still in Qinghai, and their children actually study in Qinghai in high school, can apply for ordinary colleges and universities inside and outside the province.

Fourth, cadres and workers who have worked in our province for less than 5 years and have now been transferred, and their (or spouse's) and children's accounts are still in Qinghai, and their children are actually attending high school in Qingdao. Those who are registered in cities and towns can apply for colleges and universities in the province.

Five, legally settled in Qinghai to participate in the college entrance examination must meet the following conditions:

1, children's household registration must be based on immediate family members (blood relationship), that is, biological parents.

2. Children actually have to study in Qingdao for three years in high school.

3. It is in line with the "three-five policy", that is, the household registration has reached 5 years (as of June 1) and the student status has reached 3 years (3 years in high school).
