Those who understand English come in! I am learning English poetry. Can you tell me what you are talking about?

I would translate this one

if I were sleeping with my wife

and the kids and Catherine

sleeping

And the sun is a flame-white flap

In silken mist

Shining trees, above

If I were in my north Room

Dancing naked, no more than nothing

In my mirror

My shirt waving round my head

Sing softly and say to yourself:

"I am lonely, lonely.

I was born lonely,

I am the best!"

If I were envious of my arms, my face,

my shoulders, sides, hips

Again, yellow drawing

Who said I won't

My family's happy genius?

OK

Biography

< p>[edit]

Williams was born in New Jersey, a community near Paterson. [1] His father, William George Williams, was an English immigrant, and his mother, Raquel Helen (Elena) Hoheb, was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. He attended public school in 1896 and was then sent to Chateau Lancy, Switzerland, near Geneva, Lycee, Paris, France, Condorcet for two years, and Horace Mann, who attended the Lyceum in New York. Then, in 1902, he entered the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. During his time at Penn he became friends with Hilda Pound 37 (best known as H.D.) and the painter Charles Demuth. The growth and love of these friendships influenced his poetry. He received his MD in 1906 and spent the next four years interning in New York, traveling abroad and postgraduate studies (for example, where he studied paediatrics at the University of Leipzig). His most famous poem, "The Wall Between" was published later.

The wings behind

The hospital, where there is nothing

Will grow the slag of lies

In the glowing brokenness
