Legal basis: Article 48 of the Regulations on Population and Family Planning in Shaanxi Province. If one of the rural one-child households and two-female households has been sterilized, they shall enjoy the following treatment with the certificate of honor of the one-child parents or the sterilization certificate:

(a) the development of local economy projects, funds, technology, etc. , enjoy the right of priority to obtain government funding, support and preferential treatment, and enjoy the right of priority to arrange their family labor when local state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises recruit and organize labor export;

(four) in the rural public welfare undertakings where the villagers work for compensation, one person is exempted from the burden of ten years;

(five) when the rural collective economic organizations distribute the income and property of collective assets, the one-child households will increase the share of one person and the two female households will increase the share of half;
