Can Northeasters speak Korean?

Korean, also called Korean, is only used by Koreans in northeast China.

In the context of Korean or Korean, "Korean" refers to the Korean minority in China, a native of China with China nationality. Koreans living outside China don't call themselves "Koreans".

Korean is the official language of North Korea, and Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and Changbai Korean Autonomous County in China also use Korean as their mother tongue, and commonly use Chinese and Chinese characters.
