Wang Suolan's Entrepreneurship

On August 6th, 1986, Mr Jia Tingliang started to operate the village-run coal mine in Datuhe Village, Chengguan Town, lishi district City, Lvliang.

1In August, 990, Jia Tingliang established Datuhe Coking Plant with personal investment.

From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Jia Tingliang, an enterprise shareholder, successively contracted four coal mines, namely Xinyashang 1# coal mine, Xinyashang 2# coal mine, Jiajiagou coal mine and Lijiashe coal mine. During this period, Mr. Jia Tingliang built Datuhe No.1 Coking Plant and Datuhe No.2 Coking Plant, and contracted to operate Wangwenzhuang Coking Plant.

In 2002, with the approval of Shanxi Administration for Industry and Commerce, Jia Tingliang and Wang Suolan jointly invested and registered Shanxi Datuhe Coking Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 90 million yuan. It was established on September 20, 2002, in which Jia Tingliang held 80% of the shares and Wang Suolan held 20%. The legal representative is Wang Suolan.
