Division of Longnan section of Li Jing Expressway: The starting point is located in Nanchuan Village, Yan 'an Township, Wushan County, Tianshui City (at the junction of Tianshui City and Dingxi City), passing through Mawu Township, Min County, crossing the watershed, passing through Barrow Town, Lvmiao County, north of the county, and connecting with Shitian Expressway in Xiakou Village, Xiandao Town, Xihe County.

Longnan section of Li Jing Expressway will be started on 20 19 and completed in 2023, and will be implemented by PPP mode. As an important part of Jingtai-Lixian Expressway in Gansu Provincial Highway Network Planning (20 13 -2030), the construction project of Longnan section of Li Jing Expressway has been included in the traffic mid-term adjustment plan in the 13th Five-Year Plan as a planning research project.

Jingtai-Lixian Expressway is the connecting line between Shi Tian Expressway and Lianhuo Expressway, and it is also the main highway from Lixian and Longnan to Lanzhou, Qinghai and Xinjiang.
