Daughter immigrates to Canada after marriage, can parents take her?

After obtaining permanent resident status,

You can apply for parents to reunite as relatives.

But there are several conditions,

First, children's annual family income must exceed a certain standard.

Second, children must not have bad criminal records, especially domestic violence records.

Third, you cannot file and/or go bankrupt.

Children must show proof of property and declare that they are willing to bear the life of the investigated person for 3- 10 years.

In short, you must convince the Immigration Bureau that you are willing and financially able to support your parents' life in Canada.
