Application conditions

The application conditions for Greek immigrants are relatively low, and only the following four items need to be met:

1, the principal applicant 18 years old or older;

2. Buying a property of more than 250,000 euros in Greece;

3. No criminal record;

4. Good health.

Prepare materials

1. The applicant's original passport and four home page photos, and the passport is valid for at least one year from the application date;

2. If the passport is not in Latin, it needs to be translated into Greek;

3. Original and 4 copies of medical insurance for applying for long-term residence permit;

4. Purchase the notarization certificate of Greek real estate and obtain the property right certificate from the Land and Housing Authority;

5. Original and photocopy of Greek residence certificate;

6. The physical examination certificate of the local hospital in Greece shows that there is no infectious disease certificate;

7. Pay an application fee of 250 euros;

8. All applicants' materials need to be submitted in person.
