They met there and fell in love. At that time, both parents opposed the marriage, especially Obama's grandfather. He said not to let white blood pollute Obama's family.

They got married after all. Obama was born in Hawaii and lived there until he was five years old. At the age of two, Obama's parents divorced. His father went to Harvard to continue his studies. After graduation, he returned to Kenya, and his mother remarried an Indonesian. He and his mother lived in Indonesia for five years and attended a school that taught in Indonesian. Later, he moved back to Hawaii to live with his grandparents.

After graduating from high school, Obama moved to Los Angeles. After attending college for two years, he moved to new york to attend Columbia University. He graduated from Columbia University 1983.
