E-mail sent me a letter from Dakar, Senegal, saying that she was now in the refugee area, and asked me to call her pastor and say that his dead father needed to leave money.

I received the same email. I was bored, so I played games with her. I'm busy at work now and have no time to play. At least I'm from the Public Security Bureau. If I believe such a flawed email, I won't let my colleagues laugh to death. But I can't treat her on the other side of the world. Even if she's hiding in China, it's hard to find her. It's better to turn a blind eye to such a thing. If you really want to show your love, aren't there so many out-of-school children and poor college students in China?
