1. Investment immigration

Long-term visit visa: mainly issued to elderly people who come to Singapore to reunite with their children. You can stay in Singapore for 6 months at a time and can renew upon expiration. Parents and parents-in-law of Singapore permanent residents can apply without paying a deposit.

Student Pass: issued to people who come to Singapore to study, stay in Singapore for at least 3 months, are under the age of 26, and are exempt from paying a deposit for those studying in government universities and polytechnics.

If you hold an Employment Pass (P Pass or Q Pass) , and the age is not more than 50 years old, you can apply for permanent residence after working in Singapore for half a year.
