This phone is not always disconnected, but people there are unwilling to answer it. I waited in their office for an hour and a half. Maybe you hit a fax machine, or you didn't hit it hard enough.

Generally, if you make a dozen phone calls, there will always be an answer. You can't expect them to have a good attitude.

I suggest that if you have local acquaintances, ask them for help. Face to face is not good, but it will always show.

Then ask your local household registration department to urge you.

I was in a hurry. I hurried it myself, and it was done fairly quickly. It will be done in 20 days. But what I was told at the time was that it would be done in two weeks.
